Refund Eligibility
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

No Refunds Within 7 Days of the Event
Due to airport security requirements and limited group capacity, registrations canceled less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.

Late Registrations
If you register within 7 days of the event, your registration is considered final and non-refundable at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email jenny@stateofmindtherapy.com with your full name and the email address used at registration. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
