    Yes! There are many reasons people fear flying….and it’s not always about the plane itself. Whether you fear losing control of yourself, having a panic attack, or feel trapped, the same tools to overcome fear apply. I will show you find your specific fear and map out the best plan to address these tools.  

  2. I’m not flying for awhile, should I wait to start the course? 

    I wouldn’t, and here’s why. Overcoming fear is not an overnight process. The tools I am going to teach are not “quick fixes.” You will want to spend time implementing and practicing these strategies before you take flight. If you wait until you are about to fly to try new skills, your brain will have a hard time applying it. Because when your anxiety is sky-high, it wants to resort to what it knows (which right now, is fear). 

  3. How much time will the course take? How much time is required to practice?

    Each module is expected to take less than an hour (so the entire course + bonus module should be around 5 hours) Is it going to take time and effort? Yep. But I know you are ready to put in the work because you know that change doesn’t happen overnight. For more than a decade, I've grappled with flight anxiety, just like you. I know the feeling – gripping the armrest, heart racing, and eagerly awaiting for the plane to touchdown.

Not only do I have personal experience in dealing with flying anxiety, but I have professional experience as a therapist. In 2017, I was working in a mental health agency and world to start my own therapy practice to focus on a mission to help people confront anxiety head-on.
